Refund Policy
1. No Refund Policy for Workshops & Classes
All workshop bookings are final and non-refundable. If you cannot attend a scheduled class, you may:
✅ Reschedule your session for a later date (with at least 48 hours’ notice)
✅ Receive a class credit to use for future workshops
✅ Transfer your ticket to a friend or family member
⚠️ No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
2. No Refund Policy for Online Orders
All online product purchases (including candles, floral arrangements, and workshop kits) are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
✅ If there is an issue with your order due to our mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
❌ We are not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. Any disputes regarding shipping issues must be handled directly with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at floralandsip@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
✔️ Your order number
✔️ Photos of the product and packaging
✔️ A brief description of the issue
We will review the claim and may offer:
🔹 A replacement item (if stock is available)
🔹 A store credit for future purchases
⚠️ Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the issue is due to our error.
